This panel controls the Fseq for all parts. Man, this was really complicated to understand, until I found a reasonable set of dials to fit here. There are also dials and switches in the operator panels to individually control Fseq state and track nr, Formant parameters, Attenuator and Fixed. But now in this arrangement, everything is almost easy to access.
And no, you cannot edit Formant Sequences here, you still need a PC with a special software to generate your own Formant Sequences…
